We understand the importance of quality materials and fast delivery.  We have used our 50+ years of experience in the field to develop labor saving products with the highest quality.  Our plant capabilities allow us to meet all material, service and delivery demands.

Design and Installation Services

Our experienced designers are willing to work with you and design a system that meets the requirements of UL, NFPA, and LPI.  We have the necessary equipment to produce drawings and quotes efficiently and accurately.

Need help with installation?  Our staff is ready to answer any questions about installations.  We also offer an installation service to help you.  An LPI Master Installer supervises all our installations.

Shipping Information

We make every effort to process and ship your order the same day we receive it.  We will ship your order using the fastest, least expensive method.  We will track your order from our plant to your destination.

Ordering

Use the online catalog and shopping cart.  Be sure to specify the point size (3/8”, ½”, or 5/8”) when ordering.

Claims

Check your shipment against the packing slip as soon as it arrives.  Damaged or shorted deliveries should be noted on the transporters delivery receipt and reported directly to the transporters.  Kris Pettlon Lightning Protection is not responsible for damaged or shorted goods in transit.  If we made an error, notify us immediately and we will correct it.

Quality Assurance

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards.  We guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the shipment date.  Defective materials will be replaced free of charge.  If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it and we will replace it, credit your account, or refund your money.

We participate in the UL Master Label Program.  All our products are UL listed and are regularly re-inspected as part of the program.  Additionally, all products exceed the requirements of the Nation Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).
